C-61.1, r. 20.1 - Regulation respecting licences to keep animals in captivity

3. A zoological garden licence authorizes its holder to keep animals of native or exotic species in captivity for conservation, research, educational, exhibition and recreational purposes. It also authorizes its holder to capture an animal of a native species listed in Schedule I to the Regulation respecting animals in captivity (chapter C-61.1, r. 5) for the purpose of keeping it in captivity.
